Application Support Manager
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Manager to take responsibility for owning the Branchspace Application Support function and managing a team of application support specialists. Our current engineering team of about 50 people is made up of developers, product owners, QA testers, delivery managers, DevOps engineers, application support specialists and solution architects.
Our team utilizes a tailored Scrum framework to deliver robust product releases every 2 weeks, and are on a journey to support efficient releases on a daily basis.
Critical Incident Management
Own the incident management process, acting as Incident Manager with overall responsibility during incidents and coordinating response efforts.
Run the Service Desk
Ensure 24x7x365 support of hosted services in-line with SLAs, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and comprehensive documentation.
Platform Monitoring
Operate and evolve effective monitoring and alerting frameworks, partnering with DevOps and Product teams to ensure necessary metrics are available.
DevOps Capability
Develop technical knowledge within the Application Support team to support and evolve infrastructure related to team responsibilities.
We require 5+ years' experience supporting mission-critical cloud-hosted platforms, 2+ years in team management, and strong customer service mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS, DevOps processes, observability infrastructure, and service desk tools.
Mobile Apps Developer (React Native)
We are looking for an ambitious Mobile Apps Developer (React Native) to join our engineering team. This is a full-time role based at our new development centre in Manila.

We're seeking a detail-oriented quality assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should enjoy the challenge of joining an emerging company and working with agile teams. They need to take pride in delivering exceptional solutions to improve the travel technology industry and be part of the team to influence the technical direction.
Exploratory Testing
Perform thorough exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and edge cases in travel applications.
Test Case Preparation
Create comprehensive test cases including required data, conditions, and expected results for new features.
Feature & Regression Testing
Test new features and perform regression testing, including acceptance of new builds.
Team Collaboration
Cooperate with development teams and Product Owners across different locations, participating in sprint planning.
We're looking for candidates with at least one year of software testing experience, skills in preparing test cases and scenarios, willingness to learn, and excellent organization and communication abilities. Experience with basic programming, automated testing, Jira, Confluence, and eCommerce platforms would be beneficial.
CMS Developer (PHP / Symfony)
This full-time role involves working in a growing team to evolve our industry-leading Website Portal platform for the travel industry, based on the open-source Pimcore DXP web content management system. You'll collaborate with Product and UX teams to elaborate requirements and develop technology roadmaps.
